Geumnam Market and Eungbongsan

Geumnam-dong, Seongdong-gu, has the Geumnam Market, which has caught the spot since the Korean War. There is a bazaar in the alleyway between the stores lined up along the road. The whole area has been redeveloped, but the market and surroundings are still in the mid-to-late 1990s. It is famous for rice cake, which is made into "Ji jang sui", which is known to be good for detoxification, along with a variety of foods including royal family pig soup.

Near Geumnam Market, there is Eungbongsan, which is the first city in Seoul to see forsythia. The elevation is 94m above sea level, but it is at the point where the Jungrangcheon and the Han river meet, and the top scenery makes you admire. Sungsu Bridge and Dongho Bridge are beautiful at night.
